HOTLUG maintains the IRC Channel #hotlug on irc.freenode.net. To join the channel you must first have an IRC Client. Below is a short list of some clients for various operating systems:

Hopefully in the future we'll be able to plan meet-ups online via IRC, but to date it's best to visit and hang-out and see who pops in.
